Ticketing Information
Ticketing is handled by our ticketing agents, TicketSource.
After booking, e-tickets are emailed for you to print yourself if paid for by credit or debit card. There is no booking fee or other charge for this service.
Alternatively, mobile tickets can be sent to your mobile phone if paid for by credit or debit card. There is a 50p surcharge per booking for this service.
Should you wish, physical tickets can be posted to you instead. This will incur a £2.00 surcharge per booking. This booking option is available up to 96 hours before a performance, after that e-tickets only can be booked.
Tickets can also be booked by telephone. Both e-tickets and physical tickets may be booked using this method. Physical tickets can be posted to you up to 96 hours before a performance, after that only e-tickets will be available. There is a £2.00 fee for using the telephone service, including the posting of physical tickets if requested. The TicketSource telephone box office service is currently available from Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 5.00PM (UK time, excluding bank holidays). Calls received outside of available hours will operate on an answerphone and call back basis. Calls are charged at local rate.

Payment Information
Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe, one of the leading online payment services.
There is no additional fee for paying by credit or debit card. Payments by cheque may be made by using the TicketSource telephone box office.
